I have used ABKooks meal preps for over a year now. I love the convenience of having delicious executive chef grade meals at the ready. It allows me to eat well and healthy consistently. It's also amazing that I can always tailor my weekly meals to whatever my dietary needs are at the moment (whether I want more protein, more fiber, more veggies, bigger portions etc.) or whichever way my tastebuds are leaning that week.
